The Learning Centre: A Versatile Corporate Space
Our modern Learning Centre offers a flexible, dual-aspect function room overlooking our 10-acre freshwater lake, perfect for:
- Seminars & Conferences (seats up to 60 theatre style – hold ticketed meetings with a new audience . If the dual-aspect lake view is too distracting, we can always close the blackout blinds.)
- Board/Shareholder meetings (seats up to 26 boardroom style in a convenient and adaptable space to meet, review strategies and make important decisions before, during or after lunch. And if things get heated you can cool off with some watersports afterwards!)
- Team away days
- Training sessions
- Product launches (Create buzz for a new service or product by bringing staff together with customers, investors and media. From a more formal sit down conference to a celebration parties, fully catered if required.)

Dual-Aspect Lakeside Function Room
The double-height inside space available for hire is in our new-build Learning Centre, perched on the edge of our 10 acre natural freshwater lake. There are large windows and sliding doors on two sides of the room looking out over the water so you can watch the watersports or the wildlife. There are blackout blinds if you require, plenty of tables and chairs and electric points, plus a serving hatch from the cafe kitchen. The room is 8.4m by 9m and can comfortably seat up to 60 guests or up to 100 standing guests (one wheelchair user equates to two non-wheelchair users, to allow them sufficient space). For accessible events, these numbers may change to ensure adequate fire safety.

We can transport your VIP guests for a tour around the lake and to experience the South Bank, a rustic escape behind our ‘secret’ island.
