We have fully accessible facilities in a lakeside setting here in far west Cornwall, a spectacular site for an hour’s meeting to a week-long, site takeover retreat (with or without watersports!).

Dual-Aspect, Lakeside Function Room
The double-height inside space available for hire is in our new-build Learning Centre, perched on the edge of our 10 acre natural freshwater lake. There are large windows and sliding doors on two sides of the room looking out over the water so you can watch the watersports or the wildlife. There are blackout blinds if you require, plenty of tables and chairs and electric points, plus a serving hatch from the cafe kitchen. The room is 8.4m by 9m and can comfortably seat up to 60 guests or up to 100 standing guests (one wheelchair user equates to two non-wheelchair users, to allow them sufficient space). For accessible events, these numbers may change to ensure adequate fire safety.

Create buzz for a new service or product by bringing staff together with customers, investors and media. From a more formal sit down conference to a celebration parties, fully catered if required.
Seminars and Conferences
Hire the Learning Centre function room to hold ticketed meetings with a new audience – your event at our lovely location. If the dual-aspect lake view is too distracting, we can always close the blackout blinds.
Executive Retreats & Incentives
Come away from the everyday to focus on business development but counter the serious with an incentive – watersports activities and some tasty food. You can even stay on site in our luxury accommodation complete with an end of day reward – hot tubs.
Networking Events
Congregate in a beautiful space, both inside and outside on the lakeside deck that wraps around the function room. There is plenty of room for different groups of people to introduce themselves, plus the cafe is just next door.
Watersports Tournaments
Let us host a watersports tournament for your staff so they and their families can interact in a morale-boosting environment. Or you could even challenge a local competitor to lap the lake…a friendly competition, of course.
Appreciation Events
Similar to networking, guests have opportunity to build rapport in an informal environment with the aim of affiliation over mutual business priorities. It could simply be a coffee or late lunch, or a sit down dinner, with our onsite catering.
