General
- Smoking is not permitted on site with the exception of the designated smoking area
- No alcohol to be consumed, sold or brought on site
- Stallholder pets are not permitted within any of the buildings
Confirmation of Stall
- Confirmation of your space will only become effective when CST receives full payment
- Invoices will be sent to participants
- Allocation of spaces is at the sole discretion of CST or Event Organiser
Stall Information
- Access to the Learning Centre is from 0830 with all stalls to be set up by 1000
- Public will be able to access the fayre from 1000-1600
- Packing up of stalls is not permitted before 1600, unless agreed by a Senior Member of CST or Event Organiser
- All Exhibitors will be provided with one table (measuring 5’ X 2’) and two chairs
- No Sellotape, drawing pins or fixings of any description are permitted on the paintwork or walls of the Learning Centre. Blutack is permitted on the tables only and must be removed at pack up
- Electrical installations may only be used with prior agreement and may be subject to extra charge
- All electrical equipment must be PAT certified for use
- No naked flames are permitted in the Learning Centre or at Trevassack Lake
- Exhibitors must remove all rubbish from their stand and do all other things that may be reasonably necessary to leave the stall site in the same condition that it was beforehand
- Exhibitions are in designated areas only
Loading and Unloading
- Minimal parking facilities are available outside the Trevassack Lake Learning Centre. Exhibitors will have a small timeframe to load/unload in this area. All cars will then need to be parked in the designated car parking area
Goods for sale
- All stall displays, stands and artwork must be safe, inoffensive and portable
- The selling of alcohol, live animals, inappropriate material or illegal substances is not permitted
- It is the Exhibitors responsibility to ensure any items sold comply with current legislations. In particular regarding the selling of the following items: food, toys, items that look like toys, candles, home fragrancing and cosmetics. Required labelling and safety notifications, along with food hygiene assessments, where applicable, may be checked
- CST has the right to ask Exhibitors to remove any of their exhibits and to make alterations to their display if they are deemed unsuitable, create a hazard or for any other legitimate reason. Failure to do so will result in the Exhibitor being asked to leave without refund
- All personal belongings are the responsibility of the Exhibitor
- It is the responsibility of Exhibitors to ensure their goods are clearly priced and to handle any money transaction. CST will not supply cash or access to card machines for Exhibitor use
- Free guest wifi is available for card transactions but this is not guaranteed
Cancellations
- If for whatever reason, the fayre has to be cancelled, or your stall is no longer available, a full refund will be made to you
- Payment is not refundable if the Exhibitor wishes to cancel. The space cannot be re-let without prior approval from CST or Event Organiser
Insurance
- CST has public liability insurance for CST Trevassack Lake
- All Exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance to cover loss or damage to their own goods and possessions
- CST cannot be held responsible for injury or accident caused by an Exhibitor’s product or exhibit, loss of profits, for damage or theft of Exhibitors’ stock or interruption of power or services
