Pip from Phoenix Fitness runs pilates in our lakeside function room every Wednesday morning and is now a fully qualified SUP Pilates instructor so what better day to launch these new lessons?
Pip is kindly offering to hold the first lessons on the lake in return for donations to our charity, Children’s Sailing Trust.
