Intimate Bespoke Weddings
We’re a small, intimate venue, a blank slate for you to create a bespoke wedding package to suit you. We’re more than happy to discuss any ideas you have to make your lakeside dream come true.
Single Day Hire
A full day hire allows you/your suppliers to arrive at 9am to dress the venue for an afternoon ceremony in the lakeside function room with dual aspect views over our lake.
There are options to book watersports packages for yourself or your guests to enjoy post-ceremony while you have photos taken and the function room is readied for any meals you may have booked before being cleared for dancing and merriment until midnight.
Price includes electric & facilities, tables & chairs.

We’re offering a flat rate price for our venue-only hire for 2024 of only £3000 no matter the time of year!
Multi Day Hire & Stays
Book a luxury lodge or lakeview cabin for as many days as you wish to create a magical wedding weekend… or week!
We have six properties by the lake so there is potential to hire the entire site for your special day and have space for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, MIL and entourage if you’d like.

Co-ordinator
The staff here at Trevassack would be happy to recommend a wedding planner who knows our venue to help co-ordinate your day – as we’re a venue only, you are free to choose and book your own suppliers to liaise with for getting everything ready on the day so you can sit back and be pampered.

Food & Drink
Nathan and his team can offer on site catering options from £35 per head, either in the function room or as private dining in a property.
Cornish Food hub can also provide your perfect wedding cake. Contact them direct for details.

The site doesn’t currently hold an alcohol licence so you are welcome to bring your own, or hire a mobile bar of your choosing with no pitch fee.
Our simple table and chairs are included in the price of the venue hire, whether you choose indoor dining, or venture out onto the waterside deck.
As a bespoke venue, you can bring whatever decorative elements you choose to adorn the tables and chairs.
Crockery is of course included if you book Cornish Food Hub’s on site catering.
Glassware for toasts etc may be extra.
Entertainment
Water activities are run by our CST Experiences team and can be tailored to your requirements for a bespoke rate. We have plenty of kayaks and paddleboards to hire, as well as wetsuits and buoyancy aids included. Or you may prefer to go for a group swim! This can be discussed as part of your wedding booking.
An exciting and unique feature of our lake location, is our one-of-a-kind, solar-powered floating platform, aka Floaty.
This electric, fully accessible craft is designed for touring the lake and can be used as a group activity or to get married on if you’re a small group (up to 12). It’s also a fantastic photo opportunity.
Cost: from £120
Off the deck we have a small beach area that can be used for gatherings, drinks, games and photos.
Cost: no additional cost, but needs to be booked.
All of our properties have their own hot tubs, that may be able to be hired by the hour without having to hire the whole property, subject to availability.
Cost: £100 per hour
